Your Privacy Choices

Effective date: April 23, 2020

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (鈥淐CPA鈥), California residents have the right to opt-out of 鈥渟ales鈥 of personal information and 鈥渟haring鈥 of personal information for 鈥渃ross-context behavioral advertising鈥 (as these terms are defined under the CCPA).  Under other state laws, U.S. residents may have the right to opt-out of 鈥渟ales鈥 of personal information and the processing of personal information for 鈥渢argeted advertising鈥 (as these terms are defined under those U.S. state privacy laws, as applicable).

Since these rights overlap with each other, you can effectuate the opt-outs above, collectively, by following the steps below.

Step 1: For opting out in relation to browser-based identifiers, toggle cookies 鈥渙ff鈥 in our cookie preference center (e.g., via the OneTrust Manage Consent Preferences, toggle Targeting Cookies to the 鈥渙ff鈥 position, or enable Global Privacy Control (鈥淕PC鈥) on your browser.)

Step 2: For opting out in relation to non-browser-based identifiers (e.g., email addresses), submit a request to us via email at dataprotection@barry-wehmiller.com and let us know (i) that you wish to 鈥渙pt-out鈥 under U.S. state laws and (ii) which state you live in.
