This flexible cut-size ream wrapper is available in different models - CSW 25 or CSW 30 - to fulfill all different production requirements. Sizes range from A4 and 8 1/2 in x 11 in to A3 and 11 in x 17 in with grammages ranging from 80 to 120 gsm
- Efficient wrapping for all common cut-size formats - from optional A5 up to A3 (up to 11 in x 17 in)
- Production speeds from 25 reams (CSW 25), 30 reams (CSW 30)
- Tightly wrapped reams in standard or coated Kraft paper or in PP film (CSW 30)
- Hot melt glueing - girth glueing done with optional pre-applied glue

High Efficiency
The CSW 25 / CSW 30 efficiently wraps all common cut-size formats - from optional A5 up to A3 (up to 11 in x 17 in), with production speeds of up to 25 reams/min. (CSW 25) or 30 reams/min. (CSW 30).
Wrapping Material Options
This ream wrapper tightly wraps reams in standard or coated Kraft paper or even in PP film (CSW 30). Wrapping paper can be fed from reel or from a sheet feeder for pre-cut wrapping paper.
Offline or Inline
Usually the wrapper is operated inline with a cut-size sheeter, but the CSW 25 / CSW 30 can also be run offline for an operation without synchronization.
